Important Notice about Logging: While out on the trails in Leominster, you may
see areas with active or recent logging including some clear-cuts. This logging
is part of a long-term plan by the city to manage the forests in Leominster’s
watershed land, including areas that were damaged by the massive ice storm in
2008. A few trail sections may be difficult or impossible to follow due to the
logging. The Leominster Trail Stewards will work with the city to
re-establish and re-mark these trail sections in the near future.
